Return Eligibility and Time Frame

At Hydrojug, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to system limitations.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags. While minor imperfections may be acceptable, items showing signs of prolonged use such as scratches or stains are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, visit the Returns Portal accessible through the Contact page on the Hydrojug website. Submit your return request there, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrived damaged, we sent you the wrong product, or the item did not meet your expectations, Hydrojug will cover your return shipping costs. We may request photos to verify the issue.
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected for condition and eligibility. If it meets our return requirements, Hydrojug will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the item. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you want to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund first, then place a new order for the replacement product. This ensures you are not left waiting while your desired item is out of stock.

Final Sale Items

  • Free replacement orders and gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom items with personalized engravings are also final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
